Need a tax deduction?

Pat continues to receive his therapy 3 hours a day, 3 days a week at Journey Forward in Canton Massachusetts. Since starting this program in march 2008, Pat has been making small buy steady gains towards increasing his Independence. Journey Forward uses the latest fitness equipment to assist Pat in a very active and full body intense exercise program. However the costs associated with Pat’s therapy at Journey Forward are not covered by insurance or workman’s compensation.

Journey Forward is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and in accordance with IRS regulations contributions are tax deductible (as always check with your financial adviser regarding your particular situation.) Contributions to Journey Forward in Pat’s name will be put into an account for Pat to offset the cost of his continued participation in this program.

If you wish to make a donation, make a check payable to JOURNEY FORWARD and note in the memo section “for Pat McNally” and mail it to Journey Forward, 755 Dedham St., Canton, MA 02021. Please remember to put the note in the memo line or Pat does not get credit for the donation. Thank you!
