Pat’s Progress

As many of you know by know, we must remodel our home to make it accessible for Pat. What I’ve done made a link to my album that will contain the pictures of the progress. 7/1/07 - my house before construction.
7/3/07 - no garage pic 1
7/11/07 - looking out the current front door at the big hole.
7/13 - footings for the foundation
7/14 - forms
7/18 - foundation
7/25 -framing has started
7/26 - starting to look like a house
7/30 - detail work being done on trim boards and soffits
8/5 - new front doors and new back doors & windows
8/11 - siding is going up and one side is completed.
8/13 - siding on back of house and front entry way
8/15 - no more front wall and just another view
8/16 - same view but clear into new bedroom
8/31 - The building of the back deck has begun, here is another view.
9/2 - standing at the door of 3 season room, standing where the steps will be looking down the deck. Inside wall position has begun in the new bathroom, this shot is standing in the shower area looking at where the toilet will be.
9/22 - The house is moving along here are some quick pics: ; front walkway; back decking
9/25 - I have walls! Drywall is hung and plastering has begun. dining room; front door; bedroom
10/1 - It is coming together plaster is done, this is the bedroom door out to the back deck and they stained the concrete today here is a sample and the deck building has begun.

10/8 - Things are moving along I have lights and things are almost finished.

10/2009 - we landscaped the front yard to include a koi pond.
