What happened to Pat?
On Friday February 9th 2007, Pat was involved in a terrible work-related accident. Pat was struck in the head by a very large pipe. The impact fractured the C4, C5 and C6 vertebrae and seriously damaged his spinal cord. His condition at times has been quite precarious and his prognosis is uncertain. We can only pray that he will regain his mobility. At this time he is a C5-tetraplegic (quadriplegic), he only has movement from his elbows up and no movement below his chest. He has made tremendous progress forward and we keep hoping for more.
