Well it is hard to believe that it is almost Thanksgiving! Pat and I have so much to be thankful for that it almost makes me cry. This year we have had quite a few good things happen in Pat’s recovery! He is able to move his left big toe consistently and has just recently started to move his left thumb very slightly. The other day he pedaled for a mile by himself at JoFo, if you have facebook look me up I posted a video. I tried to post it here but can not, so here is a link to youtube. Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving. Love Pat and Angela

This is great news – I worked with Pat at Amgen a few years back. Best wishes for more progress 2010!
Dear Pat and Angela,
I worked with Pat as a visiting nurse on and off this year, and I wish you a good 2010. I have a friend and former sparring partner, (we took karate together) who is a PhD in disability studies. Her name is Dr. Pam Block. She just contacted me, and I have her website address–
http://www.uhmc.sunysb.edu/shtm/project/index.htm
If you ever want to check out her site and send her a line, I know she would be very happy to assist you with any information she has.
Happy Solstice,
Stay warm in the snowstorm,
Nancy Green
