Pat,
I'm sorry it's been so long after the 1 year mark before I made a post. Believe me I didn't forget, I've just been trying to think of what to write...remember if it takes more than 5 seconds it's not funny. I can't believe a year has passed since the accident, not one day has gone by where I haven't thought about you and what happened. I still can't find a reason or a cause for how it happened. I'm glad that you're doing a lot better and that you're re-gaining some strength and movement, I hope that it continues. I know that you'll never quit working at it. I just want you to know that you're always in my thoughts.

Hi Angela & Pat, I know I am not good at communicating, but you both are still in my thoughts. I'm praying that you make good progress and getting some feelings and movements back. The last post you made is very encouraging.

Jar is retiring next summer and is very excited about it. But I am putting him to work around the house and do landscaping (don't tell him, LOL)! I still have to work, though. I have to support the house and my Mini S!

Take care & Happy Patrick's Day,

Becca & Jar

Angela & Pat,

We think of you both often. Things are crazy here with Scott away again but I try to check in here as often as possible. We are happy to hear Pat is progressing along so well. Miss you both.

We are glad to hear of the progress you have made throughout the past year. Babysteps is all anyone could ask for and you guys are surely giving it your every effort. I cannot wait to see you again. I am sorry I missed you last week, but thought it best to keep the rugrats away and let the boys focus on racing. As always, we love and miss you guys and look forward to the warm weather. Hopefully we can get you both out and about in the nice weather.

Love always

Pat and Angie,

Glad to hear You continue to make progress! 13 minutes of unassisted sitting is certainly good news! I'm glad you have been able to enjoy some bright spots through out this past year, and know you will have many more. We love you guys, and hope to come by soon.

Love,

It is amazing how time moves. I imagine this year has felt like one of the longest in your lives, at least it did after my own injury. I'll be coming up on 3 years myself this June and it blows my mind. Glad to hear therapy is good. A big applause from someone who can truly appreciate 13 minutes of unassisted sitting! Take care & keep fighting.
