We cannot wait for Pat to come home! I miss the big ox.........need to see his hairy face. Cannot wait for you both to meet Gavin and Chloe too! Let us know if you need any help getting ready when the time comes - cleaning, moving furniture, etc....we will make ourselves available for any manual labor you may need.
