Just a quick update, Pat has had a tough week. He has had some issues with his shoulders tightening up making it difficult to do some of his therapies. They have been trying to get his muscles stretched out and relaxed so he can return to his normal routine.
We are also moving ahead with the house renovations and everything seems to be moving along as planned with no major road blocks. Unfortunately, I am not the interior decorator in the family and I’m having a hard time deciding some of the details. Believe it or not but that was always Pat’s job, I prefer the landscaping but what can you do. Hopefully, Pat will like the things I picked out. I have gotten his advice as best I could by bring color samples of tiles and different things with me back and forth to the hospital.
As many of you know Pat and I were both active in our Mini Cooper car club and this coming weekend is the big New England event known as MOT (Minis on Top) this is when about 250 Mini Coopers and over 450 people gather together and and go up Mt. Washington to watch the sunset. Pat has told me, what I should say has ordered me to go and take lots of pictures for him.
Hey buddy… You know we’re talking about you! We’ll be by with lots of pictures and stories so next year when you’re there you’ll know everything that happened.

I hope you are able to go and take pictures for him, that would be good for both of you. He can get a break from you (just kidding) and not feel guilty that you didn’t go, and you can tell him all about it when you get back and show him the pictures. You could do something for him while your there like release balloons in honor of him or something like that and take pictures. Let us know how it was too.

It was good to see another update. Wish the news was better even though I know things like that are expected. I know you’ll enjoy the Mini run but it will be bittersweet with out your honey. Granma, Aunt Carol and I have our tickets for August so we’ll be there for Stacy’s wedding. Good luck with the house renovations! I’d say too bad I’m not there to advise you, but as you know, I’m more of a wing it person and not so much of an interior decorator. Cousin Beverly is who you really need! I love and miss you, Cindy

MOT was not the same without you, but Ang was clicking that camera away like a mad woman to get the shots you requested. We all missed you and are praying you will be at next year’s event. Like I stated on the OSMC boards, you were the driving force behind why I went to this event for the first time this year. Your enthusiasm and excitement for MOT and Mini’s in general encouraged me to check this out and WOW you were right. It is something you have to experience to fully understand.
